- Jillery Jewels uses techniques that are very durable and strength tested. However, Jillery Jewels understands that accidents may happen. Jewels is happy to fix your Jewels at no extra cost. Your only responsibility is to contact Jillery Jewels directly and ship the damaged item back. Jillery Jewels will fix your item and ship it back ASAP!
